A seven-week small group workshop exploring key concepts to cultivate self-awareness and grow relationally and spiritually, facilitated by Sandy Beak and Joey Parnell, two well-respected Christian mental health workers in Gladstone. This workshop is a safe, supportive space designed to help participants grow in self-awareness, relationships, and spiritual depth.
