Assessment 2 – Disciple a church member for 7 weeks.
Due Date: July 3 (Week 11)
Follow the discipleship plan from Assessment 1 over 7 weeks (about 2 months), keeping a log of your own progress and the process of discipleship.
The person you disciple will need to fill out an evaluation at the end of the time so please make sure they are aware of this before they begin.
