Assessment 2: Participate in and evaluate your effectiveness within the team

Due Date: Friday December 18 (week 11)

• Throughout the term, keep a record of your participation, its effectiveness, and communication within the team.
• At the end of the term, provide a self–evaluation and gain a review from your team leader (or, if you are leading the team, from your direct supervisor)
• The focus of this assessment should be on your team interaction (i.e., how you contributed to the team, how you participated and collaborated with your fellow team members, etc.), not on your ministry interaction (i.e., your team’s role within the church)
• Refer to your team analysis from Assessment 1 for the completion of this assessment.
