Assessment 1: Self-Development Plan

Due Date: February 13 (Week 3)

You will need to participate in a ministry area with others throughout this unit, either in a small group or a ministry-based team. Follow the assessment method and use the assessment documents under the assessment tile to complete the self-evaluation (Part A), self-development (Part B), and mentor report (Part C).

NOTE: You will need to find a mentor for this assessment and Assessment 2. You will need to action your self-development plan for a minimum of 6 weeks (A2), with your mentor, so you will need to engage with your mentor now and solicit their feedback on the plan before it is executed. A mentor should be a pastor or a trusted leader within your church, or someone who is further along the discipleship journey. It is generally preferable not to choose a spouse or family member, except in cases where there is no other option.
