Follow the assessment method and use the assessment documents under the assessment tile to complete the self-evaluation (Part A)\, self-development (Part B)\, and mentor report (Part C). \nNOTE: You will need to find a mentor for this assessment and Assessment 2. You will need to action your self-development plan for a minimum of 6 weeks (A2)\, with your mentor\, so you will need to engage with your mentor now and solicit their feedback on the plan before it is executed. A mentor should be a pastor or a trusted leader within your church\, or someone who is further along the discipleship journey.
