You will need to action your self-development plan for a minimum of 6 weeks (A2)\, with your mentor\, so you will need to engage with your mentor now and solicit their feedback on the plan before it is executed. A mentor should be a pastor or a trusted leader within your church\, or someone who is further along the discipleship journey. It is generally preferable not to choose a spouse or family member\, except in cases where there is no other option.
